1. Inquire
The journey begins by submitting a wedding inquiry through our website. This allows us to learn about your date, venue, overall vision, and floral priorities for your North Carolina wedding. You'll find the inquiry form below.
2. Consultation
After reviewing your inquiry, we’ll schedule a phone call or in-person consultation to talk through your ideas in more detail. We’ll discuss style, color palette, seasonality, and how florals will be incorporated throughout your wedding day. This is where we begin shaping a design plan that reflects you and your celebration.
3. Custom Quote
Following your consultation, you’ll receive a custom floral proposal outlining design elements, estimated quantities, and investment. Each quote is thoughtfully created based on your vision, venue, and the scope of floral design needed for your wedding.

4. Contract & Booking
Once your proposal is approved, we’ll send a contract and retainer to officially reserve your wedding date on our calendar. We take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure dedicated attention to every couple.
5. Flower Pull & Design
As your wedding day approaches, we’ll share a sample flower pull and refined design details so you know exactly what blooms, textures, and colors will be used to bring your wedding day to life. Our couples appreciate knowing what to expect—there are no surprises when it comes to your flowers.
6. Wedding Day
On your wedding day, our team handles delivery, setup, and installation with care and professionalism. Every arrangement is created intentionally to complement your venue and enhance the overall experience of your celebration.
