Our dedicated team is committed to bringing the beauty of fresh blooms right to your doorstep with our efficient and reliable delivery services. For local deliveries within a 30-mile radius of Winston-Salem, NC, we charge a competitive rate of $1.34 per mile.
Customer Satisfaction
At Blossom & Bloom Floristry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide floral creations that exceed your expectations. Before the pick-up or delivery, we will share a photo of your floral arrangement to ensure that it meets your satisfaction.
Payment and Pricing
Payment for floral orders can be made securely through our online platform. Prices are listed for each arrangement or are based on the budget provided by the customer. Any additional charges, such as delivery fees or taxes, will be listed on the final invoice. A service fee of 3.5% will be added on credit card payments.
Order Placement and Confirmation
All floral orders can be placed through forms on our website or by contacting us directly via email or phone. Once an order is received, we will send an invoice via email with the final total for payment.
Subsitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers or colors may need to be substituted in arrangements. We guarantee that the substitution will be of equal or greater value and maintain the overall look and feel of the original arrangement.
Cancellation and Refund
Orders can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. For cancellations within 24 hours, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
